As Hawkeye Hotels continues to grow, so does our Operations Team! We are currently looking to add leaders to our Regional Operations team, specifically Regional Director of Operations. An ideal RDO candidate would be an experienced Hotel professional with multi-unit regional experience. This position is based out of our corporate office in Coralville, IA.
The RDO in our company serves as the primary contact for hotels within their region for operations, sales & marketing, hotel initiatives and issue resolution. You will be responsible for directing all employee functions of the hotels within the region in accordance with the policies and practices of the company, while achieving guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, targeted profitability, and complying with federal and state regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum hotel experience required to include 3+ year(s) in a Regional position, overseeing General Managers.
- Experience with branded select service hotels – Carlson, IHG, Hilton, Marriott
- Must be a strong motivator with proven people management skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess the ability to execute strategic direction for the company and influence others in support of that strategy.
