Project Manager, Service Logistics & Operations
Otis Elevator Company, the worldâs largest company in the manufacture, maintenance and service of elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and other horizontal transportation systems, has opportunities for Project Manager, Service Operations.
This individual will assist the service managers to ensure efficiency, cost containment and customer satisfaction.
Areas of Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the OMMS system, P1 testing and PUI Scheduling
- Coordinating and follow up on state safety testing requirements
- Safety support ( monthly minutes, accident filing)
- O Cost Tracking including vacation tracking
- Reporting ( print and distribute as needed)
- Purchasing ( enter/open POâs; error status and accrual clean up; resolve vendor issues)
- App system data management
- Warehouse ( organization, audits, inventory, shipping)
Education:
- High School education or equivalent required
Qualifications:
- We are looking for an organized self-starter with technical aptitude
- The ideal candidate must have solid communication skills in order to work effectively with customers and other Otis employees
- Must be a team player with the initiative and motivation to be successful in a demanding, technical environment
- Strong computer and customer service skills are a must
