Taos is immediately hiring a Project Manager with strong budgeting/Excel skills to work with a Fortune 50 tech company in Sunnyvale!
Who you are:
You’re a seasoned, versatile project management professional—with a strong emphasis on budgeting and capacity management across multiple teams. Your expert-level Excel skills enable you to wield high-volume day-to-day “number crunching” into solid management and concise reporting. You bring exceptional interpersonal skills and with a natural “knack” for interfacing with diverse internal teams. You are flexible, high-achieving, and a confident self-starter that can quickly hit the ground running in a new environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving in a Project Manager role within the Global Infrastructure group
- Providing optimal operations/capacity management
- Coordinating procurement/resource management across several teams
- Overseeing budgets and providing regular budget reporting
- Implementing process improvements for capacity management and budget reporting as needed
What you’ll bring with you:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within an enterprise-scale environment
- Strong Procurement/Vendor Management experience
- 2+ years of budgeting/reporting experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables/reporting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
