Project Manager and Estimator

Scheetz Building Corporation is a commercial general contractor that operates mostly in the NE Ohio area. We are looking for a full time candidate to start immediately and be a part of our estimating and project management team. The work performed includes both remodeling and new construction We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug free work place.

Responsibilities would include:

Blue print reading, site evaluation, cost estimating, budgeting, preparing and maintaining accurate schedules, scheduling materials and contractors, document organization, contract negotiation, Purchase orders and change orders, identification of resources needed, design / build means and methods, project closeout, and dealing directly with customers and vendors

Skills needed would include:

Highly organized, great communication skills, basic computing (MS Office), effective time management, knowledge of the industry, and a strong focus on quality.
