The Project Manager has experience in managing large cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects and can collaborate with other business teams. The project manager is expected to manage with leadership qualities to effectively direct all related activities and will provide project updates, ensuring project deadlines and milestones are met while communicating project progress, managing risk contingencies and expectations. She/he will handle multiple priorities in a changing and fast paced business environment and can work independently with accuracy and attention to detail. The Project Manager will have strong critical thinking, problem solving abilities, and decision-making skills and works with a strong sense of urgency, is proactive and flexible, strategic thinking, and self-motivated. The Project Manager has excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. He/she has problem solving and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, related degree or four or more years of experience
- Six or more years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Project Management and understanding of technology concepts in 5G and 4G LTE
- Advanced proficiency with full suite of Microsoft Office
- Experience in successful project execution
- Ability to be resilience and tenacious during tough assignments
- Knowledge to understand a projectâs technical breadth (e.g. call flow, billing, provisioning, operations, etc.)
- Knowledge with a variety of network concepts, best practices, and procedures
- Willingness to travel
