Tessier’s Inc, the premier regional mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC construction services is looking for a project manager in our Sioux Falls or Rapid City office. The position is involved with the design, estimation, construction, and project management for construction projects in the commercial, industrial, healthcare and institutional sectors. Qualifications include a BS in mechanical engineering or construction management, three to five years of experience are preferred but not required for the right individual, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is a must as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills to go with a high level of organization and time management skill. Responsibilities:

The position is involved with the design, estimation, construction, and project management for construction projects in the commercial, industrial, healthcare and institutional sectors. The position is also involved with maintaining relationships with project/business owners, general contractors, as well as architects and design engineers.
