The Project Manager will have primary responsibility for overseeing customer aircraft from pre-planning, arrival, conducting the debrief meeting, ongoing communication about the aircraft status, departure and post-departure follow up. Additional duties may include attending customer lunches, dinners and / or other business events.
The ideal candidate will have an A&P license or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance along with at least 8 years experience working in an equivalent position (manager, supervisor or crew chief).
Must have a demonstrated track record of being able to effectively communicate, coordinate and get along with a variety of customers, internal employees and vendors.
Must also be able to build new and nurture existing relationships to ensure the customer has a successful visit.
The position requires constant interaction with customers and internal employees including Program Manager, Sales, Purchasing, Billing, etc.
Excellent customer service, follow-up, organization, attention to detail and communication skills are a must!
