    Job Title: Project Manager

    Reports To: Operations Manager

    Location: Roswell, GA 30075 (Travel around all Metro Atlanta)

    Job Status: Open

The Painting company is looking for a performance and people driven Project manager to develop painters, implement new ideas, and help guide customers to the best paint project they can have.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple painting crews & projects
    • Interface & communicate with customers & crews daily
    • Daily job site visits
    • Customer service & problem resolution
    • Participate in weekly meetings to review past completed projects
    • Daily communication to production/office on status of jobs
    • Weekly payroll management for painting crews
    • Training/Interviewing new painting crews
    • Quality control & enforcement of company standards on all job sites
