Job Details:
The Project Manager is responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing multiple projects. The project manager will identify key project resource and requirement needs. They will provide the direction to the project teams that are required to meet project objectives.​

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, and key deliverables
• Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools
• Manage changes to project scope, including project schedules and costs
• Allocate and coordinate resources to ensure efficiency in project execution
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage client retention and growth
• Identify and document feedback
• Initiates and attends brainstorming sessions/meetings including conference calls to capture project scope and milestones

Qualifications:

• Experience working effectively and professionally with people at all levels of the organization
• Strong and collaborative team player
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities
• Strong problem-identifying and -solving skills
• Openness to feedback, self-awareness, and ability to adapt to change effectively and professionally

Other information:
This is a full-time position eligible for benefits, which include, but are not limited to: medical, dental, vision, four weeks of vacation, sick leave, most federal holidays.

Salary Range: $40000 – $50000 per year
