Job Description:
- Meet with prospective clients
- Bid projects
- Manage budgets, schedule, and purchasing (finish components)
- Manage client relationships
- Work closely with job supervisors in the field
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of high-quality construction
- Ability to interface effectively with customers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and employees to move projects forward. Calmly deal with problems, focusing on the solution, without finger-pointing
- Good organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and software for tracking budgets and managing projects
- Experience bidding multi-million dollar construction projects
