Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for handling digital experience projects. Work closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include documenting project deliverables, preparing reports, and establishing effective communication. Tracking budgets, resources and deliverables for project. Monitors progress to ensure goals and objectives are being kept. Maintain a knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting details while tracking projects and resolving issues as they arise. To be a successful candidate, will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead projects of various sizes.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and partners/vendors for the execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed project road map to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Expertise in conflict resolution.
- Marketing and technical strategy experience.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of related software tools.
