Americas ProServe Operations is looking for a leader for our rapidly growing Professional Services business. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of Consulting, Planning, and Operations background.

Position will be located in Seattle, WA. Up to 20% travel expected.

In support of Americas hiring managers, this role will manage the end to end New Hire Orientation plans for new hires week over week in 4 locations. Responsibility include but are not limited to, managing all scheduling, arranging travel, scheduling conference room and catering logistics. In many cases may be the first “amazonian” a new hire meets on their first day, so the ideal candidate will be acting like a brand ambassador in support of an Team that will be at least 300 this year, double that next year.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Strong clerical skills – typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements
  • Creating presentation using graphics
  • Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Shared Delivery teams

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Similar industry experience in a consulting firm, either Professional Services or Sales Operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
