We’re looking for a poised, professional self-starter who understands the landscape of the HR space to join our team as a Partner Relationship Manager I, where you’ll serve as the face of the company and grow relationships with existing and potential partners in our partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing partner relations strategies and initiatives to grow our partners’ revenue contribution to iCIMS, as well as developing marketing campaigns, external communications, and, hitting the road as needed to meet with our partners face-to-face. You’ll identify key partners and revenue generating opportunities with those partners, as well as coach current and potential partners on our product suite and the iCIMS value proposition. Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed referral opportunity quotas on a monthly basis from an individual book of at least 40 partners.
- Present iCIMS value proposition to our existing partner ecosystem.
- Work closely with the Partner Onboarding Specialist and Partner Marketing Specialist to ensure each partner is getting the appropriate exposure and attention within iCIMS.
- Build deep relationships with focus partners to drive revenue from closed referral sales. Will also need to meet individual opportunity creation goals to “fill top of funnel” For continued revenue production from partner deals.
- Work cross-departmentally to ensure all partner needs are effectively addressed. Be responsive to partners, ensure accurate follow ups in Salesforce and with partners in email, and make the partners experience as easy as possible.
- Demonstrate the iCIMS product suite, helping partners to convey an “elevator pitch” version of our value proposition effectively to their clients and prospects in advance of bringing in iCIMS sales.
- Qualify opportunities generated from our partner ecosystem. Will require outbound calls and emails to 10+ leaders per week generated from marketing activity done in tandem with partners.
- Feedback partner input and case studies for the constant improvement (kaizen) of program effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer facing role required. Sales, telemarketing, Account Management or related customer-facing experience preferred.
- Ability to clearly present material to a variety of audiences.
- Effective organizational and project management skills. Can manage competing initiatives and prioritize accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team oriented environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth.
- Believes in self and is passionate about learning and growing.
- Positive attitude and desire to grow with department and company.
