Under the supervision of designated management and in collaboration with support staff (e.g., clinical nurse specialists and nurse educators), plans, implements and evaluates processes related to performance improvement, staffing effectiveness, fiscal management, staff competence and customer service outcomes within the area of responsibility. Ensures that regulatory requirements/standards, policies and procedures are communicated to subordinate staff and integrated into practice. Collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to plan, implement and monitor clinical activities within the assigned service area.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN).
2.Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan.
3. Two (2) years or more of progressive nursing (RN) experience.
