Position Summary: Full-time position for a residential agency for adults with psychiatric illnesses with 160 employees. Expanding agency with increasing HR needs. Responsible for the development and implementation of new HR department. Experience with DBL, FMLA, PFL, Workers Comp, personnel policies, recruitment and HR orientation necessary. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and minimum 5 years experience in HR Management. Salary is $90,000/year
