We are looking for new employees to help us grow. When our current and prospective clients call us for help, they’re often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our staff members provide our clients and potential clients the ultimate service experience and take care of the “behind the scenes” work as well. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, administration skills, empathy, and ability to ask the right questions. If that’s you, you’ll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences.


Job Duties:

  • Monitor and review all duties completed by Intake Specialists to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
  • Update database to reflect status of all potential new clients
  • Conduct client interviews and follow-up calls with genuine empathy and compassion
  • Get the most from each team member
  • Review performance metrics
  • Identify those in need of additional training; train them to our standards.
  • High ethical standards to ensure we are taking care of clients and that our staff stays on task
  • Create connection – Motivate team members to bond with clients, create connection
  • Other duties as required


Requirements:

  • Management experience in a fast paced environment
  • Displaying diplomatic demeanor and judgement skills at all times
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task without losing focus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and high level of personal integrity, dependability and accountability
  • Sales experience is strongly preferred
