Our Customer Onboarding Team helps our newest customer’s launch, optimize and expand their advertising campaigns. In doing this, we help enable our customers with the first taste of sustainable success, reducing churn, increasing sustainability, and driving long-term growth.

As the Head of Customer Onboarding for the United States East region, you will manage account managers and account executives based out of our New York office. Our sellers work with new customers, setting them up with the right Google Ads product and guiding them into the world of digital marketing. Our team works with customers across the US and Canada. Additionally, you will manage our business operations, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to foster alignment and drive customers long-term success.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee business performance of assigned portfolio of accounts. Achieve quarterly goals and performance expectations with teams through effective commercial leadership.
  • Work closely across different Sales teams to align and foster winning as “One Team” to drive long-term customer sustainability.
  • Provide career coaching/performance feedback and development opportunities on a regular basis. Lead by example and inspire others by doing the right thing for our customers.
  • Ensure healthy pipeline and work side by side with your product sellers (e.g., meet customers/shadow calls) coaching to grow their sales and product skills.
  • Develop and implement best practices that can be applied across Google.
