Rancot Contracting is hiring for a Graphic Designer to join their team!
This will be onsite, 40 hours per week for the ongoing future.
Duties:
- Designing with the customer in mind, that drives action
- Following brand guidelines and standards
- Designing banner ads, social media graphics, print campaigns, direct mail, newsletters and branding/identity
- Communicating with internal clients via phone / email
- Working with the marketing team to ensure high quality
- Collaborating with the creative team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Video/Photography experience is a huge bonus
- Must have print AND digital design experience
- You MUST be flexible for varied projects, varied aesthetic requirements and changes
- Comfortable working directly with clients throughout the creative process
