Estate, Equine, Property, and Household Manager

An Austin, TX family is seeking to fill two positions at their 30-acre, lake side estate and holiday home on Lake Travis.

• Estate and Property Manager – to look after and manage horses, animals and the 30-acre estate
• Household Manager – to look after and manage the 10,000 sq. ft home and family needs

Estate/Property Manager: Do you have a positive attitude/energy and work well with people? Do you have years of experience looking after horses and animals? Are you motivated, honest, trustworthy, detail oriented, proactive and discreet? Can you do physical tasks and maintenance? Are you familiar with looking after boats and watercraft? The Manager works closely with third-party repair, maintenance, gardeners and other contractors in order to maintain the paddocks, gardens and the estate – and provides security and a watchful/attentive eye on the property. This is a full-time role.

Household Manger: This Manager will oversee and maintain all aspects of the 10,000 sq ft, lakeside, holiday home – ensuring the property is prepared and ready for the owners and guests when they visit – weekends or holidays. Sucessful candidate will be organized, proactive, detail-oriented and have a service orientated attitude. Will also manage all aspects of vendors and third-party contractors and providers, including bids and payments. This is a part time role.

This may suit one or two individuals, or a couple. Good compensation, on site accommodation is provided, plus Healthcare.
