    Team

    Risk & Analytics

    Provides business process change and transformation capabilities to our banking and capital markets clients. This team supports complex regulatory and business critical change programmes for large commercial and investment banks.

    Experience

    • 10+ years of experience of managing large change projects / business transformation projects across front office, risk and finance functions like capital markets, sales and trading, wealth management, regulatory transformations, data quality and controls etc
    • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of organisation planning, resource mobilisation and problem solving
    • Highly experienced in dealing with executive sponsors and senior management cross line of business priorities
    • Strong track record of business management / change projects / programme delivery in a global and local structure in corporate banking and global markets
    • Experience of working with large global teams from different banking functions

    Job Duties

    • Growth of business transformation / change management practice
    • Identifying and developing opportunities in line with upcoming requirements of global markets and Banking industry
    • Provide expertise and capability building in Risk and Analytics – focus on front office, risk and finance transformations in global markets and commercial banking
    • Interacting with senior client stakeholders, and advising them on all aspects of their transformation and regulatory change programs
    • Responsible for overall quality of deliverables, managing and leading client projects – include stakeholders management, recruiting and training appropriate talent
    • Leading CRISIL’s thought leadership agenda in relevant areas

    Qualifications

    • Strong academic grounding in finance, mathematics or related quantitative discipline
    • Additional professional qualifications such as PMI / Prince2, FRM/PRM/CQF would be preferred

    Skills required

    • Experience in leading transformation and change programmes is a must
    • Excellent understating of front to back front office, risk and finance processes and technology infrastructure of global markets and commercial banks

    and expertise in atleast one off sales and trading, finance controls and risk management areas

    • Understanding of automation technologies and analytics – like RPA, machine learning and AI
    • Understanding of regulatory environment and markets requirements
    • Strong project management, business analysis and stake holder management skills
    • Strong people management, team building and influencing skills as well as stakeholder management skills
    • Willingness to be flexible and work in a dynamic and changing environment
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
