The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns. This position will work with the account managers and clients to execute exceptional paid search, display and social advertising strategies across multiple B2C and B2B brands.

This includes keyword research and management, ad copy and extension creation, campaign implementation, bid and budget management, landing page performance analysis, social campaign optimization, lead funneling, and campaign reporting. The candidate will be expected to improve paid media campaign efficiency and increase conversions. This is a contract position with a 3 month commitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage multiple ad accounts and provide frequent feedback and performance reviews
  • Project manage all deliverables and be sure to meet all deadlines
  • Promote continual media buying improvement

In-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting

  • Work with creatives to create ad copy and creative and provide feedback
  • Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing, test ad tactics that drive performance optimizations
  • Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
  • Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to internal customer
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

REQUIREMENTS

*

  • 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across mainly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using paid media to drive website conversions and brand awareness
  • Strong analytical skills, including Google Analytics and/or WebTrends, and ability to communicate complex data effectively
  • Efficient with Facebook Pixel, targeting website traffic, customer audiences, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and all types of retargeting potential customers of each brand
  • Proven track record in driving ROAS for clients through complex, data-driven campaign setups
  • Experience with Shopify, using it for brands to drive sales.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, programmatic, and search, including in-platform optimization expertise
  • Advanced experience managing the media buying process in a client-services environment
  • Strong ability to provide clear direction and provide timely and helpful feedback to improve processes to keep work on budget and schedule
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour
