Job Description:

TN Americas is seeking an experienced Director, Aging Management for our Columbia, MD office location.

Under limited supervision, will report to the SVP and will be responsible for developing the Aging Management Business Line and have Profit and Loss responsibility.


Additional job responsibilities will include the following:

  • Supporting the TNF with NDE applications for TN Products.
  • Developing the strategic plan to address to address Cask and HSM aging management.
  • Supporting the existing Aging Management orders at our existing customers and grow that business.
  • Developing the robotic applications necessary to perform visual exams and serve as the Single Point of contact to lead the efforts.
  • Developing the key strategic alliances and/or the development of internal resources necessary to meet future needs.


Qualifications (external)

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.

  • BS degree in a technical, engineering, or business discipline, or directly related experience in lieu of degree, plus an additional 12-15 years closely related experience.
  • Advanced experience in nuclear industry and especially in conducting and leading performance of site activities.
  • Knowledge of industry safety and health policies and programs in use a nuclear facilities.
