The Customer Project Manager is responsible for managing technical projects that are related to meeting external customer needs. The Customer Project Manager will interface with external customers, sales people and internal engineers to implement customer related projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain communications with customer throughout the product delivery cycle including post implementation support.
  • Participate in planning sessions with sales and marketing to develop future products.
  • Coordinate engineering resources to develop new solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prioritize maintenance and support activities to maximize customer satisfaction.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelors in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience managing customer facing projects.
  • Experience implementing customer interfacing with HL-7 and rest API’s.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects at the same time.
