Antuit is looking for a Technology leader to lead Antuit’s Technology Center of Excellence (Tech CoE). The leader will be responsible for leading Antuit’s technology initiatives and manage a team of Cloud architects, infrastructure specialists, application developer, and product engineers.

A suitable candidate for this role is a technology visionary with deep Cloud and SaaS experience who can spearhead Antuit’s efforts in building industry-leading AI products, and have experience architecting and building mission-critical AI/ML solutions on the cloud.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Structure, build and retain the technology team to enable Antuit’s hyper-growth.
• Lead product engineering capability: work closely with the product managers to execute on the AI product roadmaps. Provide thought leadership and hands-on support to architect SaaS AI/ML solution, API design, and scalable design.
• Lead Technology Consulting engagements: Partner with senior client team members and be responsible delivery excellence.
• Support Sales & Go-To-Market teams: Advise on technology solution design as a part of pre-sales efforts
• Strengthen our technology client delivery capabilities especially in the areas of Managed services building our processes, standardized methodologies and leveraging appropriate tech tools etc.
• Manage the Tech CoE team, based out of US and India, comprising Application developers, Infrastructure specialists & experts, Technical architects, UI/UX specialists etc.
• Be responsible for their career management, delivery excellence, training & personal development etc.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields
• 15+ years’ experience working on technology solution in areas of application development & deployment, Cloud infrastructure design & management, Managed services technology delivery etc.
• Extensive technical experience:
• Skilled in Technologies related to Cloud infrastructures (AWS / Azure), Application development (Agile technologies, Programming languages like Java, Python etc.), ETL technologies (Py Spark etc.), Databases (Postgres, Oracle, My SQL etc.)
• Experience as a solution architect in building enterprise wide analytics solutions that are hosted on cloud environments
• Experience in managing technology services engagements comprising multi-geo teams
• Experience in CPG and/or Retail preferred
• Strong consulting skills : effective communication and presentation skills especially to senior internal and client stakeholders
• Strong inter-personal skills and leadership qualities
• Strong management track record
