Leadership Role

We are seeking an AMAZING leader who has a track record of leading a team to take the hill! We have an absolutely stellar group of people who make our magic happen daily, and we desire a leader who can have fun continuing to create more opportunity and challenge for our talented people. Our ideal COO balances among three areas: translating high-level strategy into execution, methodical improvement of internal systems and keen attention to the growth and development of our team members (individual growth and team collaboration).

This person is excited by opportunity and expansion and yet, is grounded in realism. We are growing quickly and our COO will be involved in taking processes and systems to the next level in all facets of our organization. Knowledge and experience in the following areas are desired: technology systems, project management, field operations management, systems/processes development, oversight of compliance systems, oversight of financial statements, and team leadership.

Job Details

· Lead a team of 12 to start; this team will grow to 30-50+

· Full-time, competitive salary position

· Based in Cherry Creek in Denver, CO
