OES Equipment is a fast-paced construction supply and rental equipment company serving the greater DC Area. We are seeking an experienced person to manage our branch operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and produce quality work. They will be responsible for the following:
- Working knowledge of construction sites
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and supplies
- Working knowledge of accounting
- Cost control/Billings/Collections/Monthly Status Reports/Financials
- Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
- Procurement and tracking of equipment and supplies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors and customers
- Business report management
- Day to Day operations: taking orders, filling orders, vendor payments, customer invoicing, etc.
Required Skills:
- Excellent listening skills and have a strong communication ability
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Effective participation in team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A strong work ethic and a âcan-doâ attitude
- Ability to move from one task to another efficiently
- Experience with Rental Man software preferred
- 2-3 years of management experience
- 1-2 years of construction equipment or supplies experience
