The Marketing and Communication department is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Product Marketing to drive product marketing and adoption efforts in the practice management and technology space. Reporting into the new product marketing team, this AVP will be responsible for the development of comprehensive product launch plans, as well as ongoing strategic marketing campaigns that increase engagement.
The successful candidate will have superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, advanced project management capabilities, and a passion for exploring new trends in the marketplace. The right candidate will be a dynamic team player who has empathy and a passion for serving the client.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing experience (email campaigns, content marketing, social media, SEO)
- Relevant four-year BA/BS degree in marketing, technology, or related field
- Strong project management experience that includes the ability to plan and manage across a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven large scale product marketing campaigns from inception to completion
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation tools
- Flexibility and a sense of humor

- A problem solver who envisions the big picture and is capable of using experiences to make decisions and, when faced with ambiguity, can step through the voice to propose solutions.
- An intellectually curious professional who seeks out new trends, appreciates the value of different perspectives, and actively learns from mistakes and failures.
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
- Highly capable in PPT, Word, Excel, Visio and Smartsheet
