Residential Home Builder seeking ENERGETIC Assistant Project Manager with little experience needed. Previous restaurant management a plus! If you’ve managed a restaurant previously, we would love to hear from you! Willingness to travel a necessity. Attitude, aptitude, ability and commitment will be key traits of the successful candidate.

Position Requirements: Must be self-motivated, possess strong leadership, communication, organizational and computer skills.

Job Objectives: Responsible for field measures, check-in of all material deliveries and process returns for credits while working closely with the Production Manager and Project Managers.

Essential Functions: (The following duties are the responsibility of the Assistant Project Manager but may be delegated along with other duties as applicable).

  • Review scheduled material drop with Project Manager
  • Confirm scheduled drop date with suppliers for up-coming deliveries
  • Create daily input for your weekly schedules
  • Block, brick, windows, doors shingles, siding, gutters, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, trim, wood floor, tile, carpet, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, plumbing fixtures
  • Schedule field measures with Project Manager
  • Footing – lf, block wall sf, poured wall sf, waterproofing sf, drain tile lf, counter top and back splash sf, driveway, concrete sf, steps, brick, wood, fireplace sf of wall stone/hearth, wood flooring, tile, gutters
  • Write all supply returns and follow up with credit from suppliers
  • Check all inventory supplies
  • Ensure adherence to all OSHA and environmental regulations
  • Create positive client relationships and continually develop a strong network with local contractors and vendors

Hours: Required to be on a worksite Monday through Friday. During high demand hours will be longer.
