Clutch is looking for a Senior Project Manager for our client. Candidates must have a Pharmaceutical background along with Advertising Agency experience. You will also need to be available on site in Center City Philadelphia.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain approaches throughout the life of assigned project according to established processes and procedures, utilizing the correct tools, and ensuring success is defined and client expectations are met.
Understand and communicate client business objectives to the team
Have a strong sense of flexibility in the workplace regarding clients and team members
Ensure all project team members are on task, driving them to successful delivery and removing obstacles along the way
Propose solutions for clients’ anticipated needs, promoting standards of professionalism, and managing client and internal performance
Find appropriate resources to meet project needs
Quality assurance throughout the timeline of projects
Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective conversation of project information and deliverables
Analyze risks and initiate solutions for issues
Qualifications
4+ years experience working on Pharmaceutical Projects
4+ years’ digital project management experience with end-to-end website design & build projects and PM principles
Experience with Content Management Systems (Sitecore and/or AEM)
experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional project teams within budgetary, resourcing and schedule constraints
execution oriented, with demonstrated experience managing external and internal clients and the ability to manage senior-level clients directly
Strong leader, team member and have a positive attitude
Attention to detail, while maintaining overall subject matter expertise in the projects
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
