Vice President of Operations (VPO) – Virginia
New provider to the Virginia marketplace is seeking a multi-site Nursing Home Adminsitrator (NHA) to lead skilled nursing and rehabilitation (SNF) operations for facilities ranging from Richmond to Alexandria. This is an established company with proven success and strong outcomes that is expanding into the State of Virginia. We are looking to talk with both proven multi-site operators and those newer to the role who wish to work with a high-energy, financially sound, growing company.
Vice President of Operations qualifications include:
- Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to travel throughout the state daily and overnight as needed
- Energy and drive to run a top performing portfolio that delivers the best care in the market
- Experience and knowledge of Virginia regulations
- Proven history of financial performance
