TwinStar Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our team! This position will oversee the development and execution of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the credit union. The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for managing the credit unions internal and external brand in a way that allows members and employees to understand, feel, and connect to our missions and visions. We are looking for an exceptional, self-starter that will be the voice of mass communication for both internal and external messaging. Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Complies with established State and Federal regulations as they pertain to marketing tasks performed and completes necessary paperwork as required by law.
  • Promotes supports and demonstrates our core values, and fulfills TwinStar’s purpose of Investing in People and Empowering Success within daily interactions between employees and members of our community.
  • Oversees the growth and development of the TwinStar Community Foundation and engages in relevant community functions to support our ongoing commitment to community development and works to develop innovative community commitment initiatives.
  • Utilizes and develops strategic campaigns to ensure the credit unions is achieving its membership growth goals and financial goals.
  • Is accountable for producing return on investment analysis of marketing dollars spent.
  • Produces and manages an annual marketing operational budget and utilizes a comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital media costs.
  • Accountable for Social Media and Digital strategies that best position TwinStar’s brand within our communities, our digital network, and within the organization.
  • Leads a marketing team that works with a member first attitude and is committed to efficiency, urgency, and velocity.
  • Acts as the credit unions centralized voice during times of mass communication for both internal and external messaging.
  • Responsible for managing TwinStar’s brand guidelines through all mediums and touchpoints of the credit union.

Education Requirements and Preferences:

Preferred:

  • Bachelor degree relevant to the financial industry or five years of relevant experience in an executive capacity


Job Experience Requirements and Preferences:

Required:

  • Minimum of seven years of industry experience and five years in progressively more complex management positions.
