Job Summary:
As the VP, Marketing & Brand Innovation , you will be responsible for helping to develop and execute against the company’s strategic marketing plan. The VP, Marketing will assist in driving the interaction between the broad consumer market and the office/agent structure and Retail Call Center.
Essential Job Functions:
- Interact and partner with Acceptance Insurance’s leadership team to establish and communicate marketing strategy in support of the company’s goals and objectives
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that includes CRM/email campaigns, social media, local events, digital & traditional media and PR campaigns tied to the company’s goals, including the development of a comprehensive marketing budget that includes both enterprise and local market-level investments
- Engage with Acceptance’s Ecommerce, Marketing teams and agency partner to develop SEO, SEM and UX design (mobile and desktop) that generate qualified leads that convert into written policies
- Develop and implement B2C CRM and email campaigns by leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to communicate with non-converted leads and current and former (attrited) policy holders
- Direct the design and execution of marketing plans, including the collection and analysis of KPIs and other channel metrics
- Collaborate with Ecommerce team to optimize the UX (navigation and content messaging) of the company’s website and email marketing efforts
- Improve the cross-sell and upsell of additional insurance products and policy add-ons through
- Implement systems and processes to effectively track and analyze performance results of individual marketing channels that contribute to a healthy and robust sales funnel
- Support the Sales Team by developing localized field marketing initiatives that drive measurable traffic and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Management or Business preferred.
- Auto insurance industry experience required – preferably in the non-standard category
- 7+ years in a marketing leadership role
- Salesforce experience preferred (Marketing Cloud, Datorama and Einstein)
- Successful track record of B2C digital and field marketing expertise
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and liaise with external agency partners as well as consultants, etc.
- An innovative and UX driven approach in identifying risk, opportunity and category/market differentiation
- A proven track record of developing successful CRM and email campaigns
- Database management and analytical expertise
- Strong digital understanding and proven track record of success including development and management of online enrollment/application tools.
- Strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development and interactive commerce
- Have traditional and digital media experience that is developed and maintained based on performance analysis and demonstrated ROI
