Description:
The Vice President of Home, School and Center Based Services is the Senior Corporate Manager charged with supervising the day-to-day operations of May Institute’s Home based, School and Center based programs. The VP will develop, manage, and evaluate effective procedures for the programs upholding May’s commitment to evidence-based procedures (ABA philosophy) and that are also in alignment with the May Institute’s mission, vision and long-term strategic plan. The VP is responsible to ensure services are operated in a sustainable, cost-effective manner, meeting quality and regulatory standards of care. The VP works with May senior staff to establish corporate goals and objectives that help ensure successful operational and financial performance. This is carried out with respect and dignity and in accordance with May Institute policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- PhD preferred in behavior analysis
- BCBA or BCBA-D
- Minimum 5-years of experience managing programs.
- Knowledge of insurance funding sources, expanding programs and new initiatives.
