Integrated Medication Management is an investor-backed medication management and Pharmacy service designed to help chronically ill patients stay happy, healthy and at home. We have helped to create BAYADA Medication Management and are growing rapidly with BAYADA in NJ, PA, DE, MD and NC. We are looking for a SVP of Operations to partner with our CEO to help scale the organization. This role will start with managing our operational team locally and expand nationally in very short order via our unique operational and joint venture model.
Our service combines in home medication reconciliation and education services with an integrated home delivery pharmacy solution to help high risk patients stay happy, healthy and at home. We are looking for a fast paced, caring business builder who enjoys the challenge of building and scaling a service for high risk clients in need nationally. This role will be NJ based but is challenged to help unify and standardize all of our operations as we scale across the nation. In this dynamic and fast paced environment, you will have the chance to apply your entrepreneurial, process building and relationship-building skills and lead a caring, professional team that is instrumental in providing the highest quality care to our clients.

Qualifications
- Experience in leading and scaling Healthcare Provider and/or Pharmacy operations.
- Strong people and leadership qualities with a clear mission orientation.
- Strong culture and process building skills
- Mental agility to understand our unique program and think of the best ways to scale it.
- Strong patient care orientation, self- motivation, and good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team player are required.
- Ability to demonstrate literacy in information systems, six sigma and people operations.
