As a Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for directing, managing, and coordinating all aspects of principal investment process from Macquarieâs balance sheet with focus on renewable energy, energy efficiency, conventional power, and infrastructure spaces in U.S. and international markets.
You are required to have a Masterâs degree in Business Administration or related field (Economics or Finance) plus 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of investment banking experience with focus on renewable energy, energy efficiency, conventional power, and infrastructure spaces in U.S. and international markets. Alternatively, you can have a Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or related field (Economics or Finance) plus 7 years of experience in job offered or 7 years of investment banking experience with focus on renewable energy, energy efficiency, conventional power, and infrastructure spaces in U.S. and international markets. Your prior experience must include 5 years managing key aspects of principal investment process, including overseeing transaction structuring, due diligence, and financial modeling, leading negotiations with external parties, and obtaining investment approvals and 5 years structuring and implementing divestment strategies through various structuring options, including common equity, preferred equity, and mezzanine financing structures.
