Seeking a ScrumMaster to serve on a large-scale program in partnership with other ScrumMasters, the development team, the Product Owner, and other project leadership. As a key program leader you will collaborate with other ScrumMasters to identify dependencies, manage conflicts, and drive success of individual sprints as well as the overall program.
Scrum Leadership will involve
- Enacting Scrum values and practices.
- Ensuring the team is fully functional and productive.
- Enabling close cooperation across all roles and functions.
- Shielding team from external interferences.
- Building a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed in a healthy way without fear or blame.
Assisting in internal and external communications, improving transparency and radiating information.
Facilitating and ensuring Agile ceremonies are embraced.
Partnership with the Product Owner will entail
- Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible.
- Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management.t
- Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Understanding product planning in an empirical environment.
- Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.
Development Team responsibilities
- Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption.
- Planning Scrum implementations within the organization.
- Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.
- Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
Seeking a dynamic and capable leader who is versed in software project management with an emphasis on Scrum delivery. Also expect
- Strong skill in project management collaboration tools such as JIRA and ClearCase.
- Practical knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), or alternative project performance measurement practices.
Prefer
- Certification in PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
- Behavior Driven Development delivery.
United States Citizenship or at least three or more years of Green Card status is required for this position.
