Qualifications:
Top 3 Skill Sets/Technology Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile coach, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager for a technical product

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile coach, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager for a technical product.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for operational excellence, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Demonstrated bias for action and results, with strengths in problem solving and issue-resolution
• Strong leadership and communication skills and be able to influence without having authority of the team
• Ability to cultivate consensus and alignment within the team and with external teams across the organization
• Excellent information radiator that include tailoring the message for the audience and medium to effectively keep everyone informed
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PMI-ACP) is preferred
