Recruiting Solutions has an immediate need for a Scrum Master in Columbia, SC to start out on a 6 month contract with high possibility for extension or direct hire. This position offer competitive pay, medical benefits during the contract period, and great Monday through Friday hours. The ideal candidate will have exemplary communication skills, be well versed in all Agile/Scrum practices, and be comfortable leading others.
Job Duties:
- Leading and managing a team of technical professionals in all aspects of Agile\Scrum practices.
- Provides a single point of contact for all Scrum team related activities and information with respect to applications or products assigned to the Scrum team.
- Apply Agile concepts into effective business processes for the client.
- Transition from concept and principles to effective behavior based application of leadership skills that support the line of business products, different business models, and technology architecture / environments unique to specific lines of business
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years in a Scrum Master role, leading and and managing teams
- 4 year degree preferred but relevant experience will be considered
- Proven track record of understanding and applying Agile concepts and practices
- Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Scrum Master Certification a plus
