Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in all aspects of Agile/Scrum practices
- Serve as a single point of contact for all Scrum team related activities and information with respect to applications or products assigned to the Scrum team
- Make the transition from concept and principles to effective behavior-based application of leadership skills that support the line of business products, different business models, and technology architecture/environments
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and a highly organized team leader
- Ability to understand, translate, and apply Scrum/Agile concepts into effective business processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to the team and management
- Strong focus on customer service
- Ability to manage competing demands
