Responsible for the transformation of the team. Should have a track record of successfully moving large Waterfall teams to Agile Scrum multiple times.
Seeking True Scrum Master. Must be Scrum Master certified.
High energy, fast paced, adaptable, patient, and resilient.
Will need to work with onshore and offshore teams for development and testing as well as Product Managers on the Business Side. Currently doing 3 week sprints.
