GDIT is seeking a motivated Scrum Master to manage all aspects of the Agile process across multiple Scrum Teams. The successful candidate will be well acquainted with all Agilex ceremonies and Agile concepts. The Scrum Master will work with the contractor product owners and government customer to establish a backlog and build those into Sprints and Releases. The Scrum Master may also be asked to assist with some financial planning.
1. Run all Agile ceremonies including stand ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives.
2. Establish new storyboards as needed
3. Establish a Release cycle within one existing Agile project
4. Ensure that all story are properly updated and reflect the state of the project
5. Working with the Contractor Product Owner and Government customer, develop and maintain a fully costed backlog
6. Perform simple financial support
7. Follow US Navy processes and procedures for change management and ATO requirements
8. Be able to present to the customer options and recommendations for deployment
9. Perform other duties as necessary
