Position Summary:
The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, testing and supporting of each project through its delivery in order to ensure client satisfaction. This role is the primary point of contact with our clients and is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple projects. The project Manager will be the glue that brings together the sales, implementation, service, technology, and client teams to ensure Trionfo’s platform is implemented on time, within budget and meets the client’s vision. Communication and organizational skills are paramount in this position as you skillfully balance the needs of every stakeholder (internally and externally) with multiple projects, platforms and timelines. The Project Manager plays an integral part in establishing the necessary processes, coordinating with multiple teams, and appropriately mitigates risk to ensure success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and accountability to each project you are assigned to.
- Ability to provide strategic vision and thinking with a focus on outcomes.
- Develop and execute project plans for new clients and projects.
- Build implementation project timelines and manage meetings/deliverables including preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes and tracking issues.
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks and issues to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Provide regular updates on internal project management IT systems, use of project management tools and manage project related revenue together with revenue recognition forecast.
- Lead and manage multiple complex customer facing software delivery projects from initiation through closure.
- Take full ownership and accountability for project planning, resource management, scope and budget management to deliver profitable projects on time.
- Provide effective, accurate and timely communications to all stakeholders with an emphasis on customer satisfaction – Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners.
- Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery – Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all project management processes and tools.
- Excellent organizational & prioritization ability. You will be managing multiple simultaneous implementations.
- Hold all parties accountable to their respective steps within the plans.
- Develop a holistic and complete understanding of each project, every stakeholder’s role, responsibility and goals in order to drive and execute the roadmap to completion.
- Lead kickoff, status and go-live meetings both in person and virtually.
- Provide/Report updates to internal teams and/or management.
- Participate in pre-scheduled after-hours support of weekly on-call rotation and/or as a team member supporting special projects or releases.
- Identify risks and impediments to the project and help provide solutions.
- Ensure all requirements documents are accurate, complete, and signed-off by client including user-acceptance testing.

Education, Experience and Other Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent experience) required.
- 5+ years experience in a SaaS Project Management role.
- SaaS technology implementation experience working with Insurance Providers/Carriers/Payers, a plus.
- Knowledge of the data flow and transactions taking place between carriers, agents, employers and employees, a plus.
- Experience with Healthcare/Benefits data migration, a plus.
- Experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum.
- A calm and focused approach to high-pressure situations.
- The ability to be receptive and action-oriented in response to constructive feedback.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
