The Project Manager II owns a project from kick-off to completion and guides internal teams to make sure requirements and processes are followed. Works closely with sales during the quotation phase on technical requirements and adherence to product and equipment policies, and advises customers on system requirements. Project Manager II is responsible for leading the project planning and installation efforts, communicating with client resources and ensuring large scale projects are properly planned, timelines met, and installed correctly by established deadlines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Serve as the primary technical and installation expert and function as a knowledge resource for sales, customers, installation and technical support personnel
- Work with sales during quotation phase to ensure equipment and required services are accurately quoted
- Work closely with customer in various sales stages to understand customer requirements, network needs, wireless needs, etc.
- Has overall responsibility for managing scope, schedule, internal staffing, outside vendors, and contractual deliverable
- Leads installation team to ensure quality installation is performed at large customer sites
- Will work closely with customer resources including IT, construction, 3rd party contractors and other involved parties to facilitate coordination and timing for various installation related activities
- Ensure all installation related activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all installed products are working, calibrated, and documented before the project deadline, troubleshoot as needed
- Ability to effectively participate and technically advise multiple complex patient monitoring teams
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelorâs Degree in engineering or equivalent experience and education
PMP Certification Preferred
Enterprise account management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects, configuration management expertise, documentation experience (project plans, requirements documents, test plans, etc.)
- Demonstrated success managing a project portfolio
- Strong knowledge of products and installation requirements
- Thorough knowledge of installation and project management principals and methodologies
- Strong technical and troubleshooting knowledge
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years of experience / multiple projects or one large project
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work cohesively with various specialties including construction, IT, electrical, and similar
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant programs pertaining to products
