Plans, manages and coordinates project activities to ensure goals and objectives of mid-sized projects, or multiple phases of a large project, are accomplished within prescribed time-frame and funding parameters. Establishes timelines and ensures project deadlines are met. Maintains integrity and cost containment of project or project phases. Builds relationships across Health System to implement HR strategic initiatives. Creates business case to support strategic initiatives.
- 1. Establishes work plan and staffing for each project phase and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project staff.
- 2. Manages activities to ensure HR project progress is on schedule and within budget.
- 3. Reviews status reports and modifies schedules and/or plans as required.
- 4. Prepares and presents project reports for management, clients or others.
- 5. Coordinates project activities with organizations or agencies outside HR and the Health System.
- 6. Tracks actual performance against planned project performance, analyzes variances, and work with project team to ensure all customer needs are met while maintaining control of the project.
- 7. Builds consensus for strategic HR initiatives with stakeholders inside and outside of HR.
8. Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field, required, MBA, preferred.
- Program Management Institute (PMI) certification, preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience in human resources and business management, required.
- Project management, communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic planning and implementation skills, required.
- Analytical and organization skills and ability to develop and implement multiple small to medium project plans, required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, experience, required.
