Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and project management to ensure successful execution of all Facilities and Maintenance department initiatives
  • Lead EHS/Safety efforts on project site
  • Perform cost tracking and status reporting for all assign projects
  • Manage multiple projects, often simultaneously, while maintaining budget and execution schedule
  • Communicate effectively and coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project
  • Place orders for supplies and services, ensure that all required inventory is available as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, guidelines and regulations
  • Perform related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required and as assigned


Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate technical information effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to company and insurers
  • Must be self-motivated and able to follow through on assigned task with minimal direction
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Minimum of five (5) years of application experience in facilities and project management required
  • Journeyman Electrician license is required. Master Electrician license is preferred.
