POSITION: Program Manager

Location: Dahlgren, VA

Responsibilities:

• Direct program management experience on large Engineering Support contracts ($25M+).
• Must be willing to relocate to the Dahlgren, Va. area.
• Must be able to lead a large team while emphasizing innovation, customer satisfaction while maintaining cost.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, 7+ years of Program Management experience in the DoD area.
• Preferred experience: Master’s Degree

Experience/Skills:

• PMP Naval Surface Warfare Center support

• Ability to recruit and retain professionals

• Excellent communication skills
