Responsible for coordinating, guiding, and monitoring the scrum team and meetings; Assessing the progress, velocity, and maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity/velocity; Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment; Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged; Facilitating discussion, decision making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Also playing a project coordinator role where needed, ensuring all steps in the process are being performed and widgets are moving along seamlessly in the process w/o any delays.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
