RESPONSIBILITIES

Establishes and accomplishes operational objectives by:

Global leadership for a 200+ headcount service-line,

Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Oversee daily operations of the software solutions service-line

Evaluating and reporting business results, including forecasting for budgeting purposes

Ensuring successful delivery of client projects meeting both customer satisfaction and revenue and

profitability targets

Manage and develop relationships with software executives across industry

Incorporating and/or participating in program development and enhancements, financial planning and

analysis, metrics and reporting, shared services relationship management, contract compliance and process improvement

Meeting financial and customer loyalty objectives

Drives Go-To Market efforts

Participates in client retention, executive governance and new business development strategies by:

Participating in strategic business client calls/meetings

Projecting to clients a strong technical understanding of and commitment to the industry, software,

compliance and internal processes

Communicating the corporate program

Keeping abreast of industry and software and regulatory affairs developments, technology and trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

+20 years’ work experience in technology and software industry, life sciences experience preferred

Deep experience of Software and Technology processes

Meaningful experience with and understanding of the healthcare industry

Excellent quantitative/analytical and negotiation skills

Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills

Skillful at building relationships with senior executives

Experience of navigating solutions to business and customer problems

Strong leadership skills

Experience:

Previous management and project experience in software and technology

Clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization preferred

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with significant responsibilities for planning, P&L management, customer relations, and personnel management

Strong organizational and leadership skills

High degree of ability to coach and motivate individuals

Ability to maintain professional and positive attitude
