Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

  • Coordinates and works closely with capacity management and peers on daily field activities.
  • Plans all aspects of operations in order to achieve the highest level of service at the lowest cost.
  • Directs and implements all aspects of the operating plan for responsible SC facilities.
  • Evaluates and measures actual cost results to plan and recommends changes as needed to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Discusses, develops, and implements alternatives to improve service to the customer.
  • Ensures a safe / secure working environment at each facility through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures.
  • Assist in selection and training of operations staff.
  • Establishes and maintains positive employee relations and excellent internal communication.
  • Compliance to operations standards and procedures.
  • Establish accountabilities and processes to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives.

Anforderungen

Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.


Knowledge and Skills
(The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):

  • This is a director level position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and strategic skills required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Generally prefer 6 years of operations and related management experience.
