  • Full Job Description

    This is a full- time position in which the person will be responsible for the management of the office to include IT systems. This person will be responsible for preparing and controlling the administrative budget as well as ensuring the accurate inventory of all required office supplies, maintenance of all office equipment and software, and accommodating space in all locations. This person will be the primary contact with all vendors.

    Office Manager responsibilities:
     Prepare and control administrative expense and facilities operating budget to include recommendations
    for capital improvements.
     Maintain inventory and order office supplies
     Assess needs and order equipment and supplies.
     Coordinate with division managers and department supervisors on space configuration/up-fitting
    changes.
     Coordinate with all division managers/department supervisors to insure work areas meet established
    standards.
     Develop and implement maintenance standards for all office facilities.
     Conduct routine inspection of facilities to insure operational standards are met.
     Issue maintenance requests, as needed.
     Create and maintain building maintenance records.
     Solicit contractor bids for approved projects.
     Review and implement vendor contracts as related to facilities management. Maintain all vendor
    contract files.
     Gain working knowledge all office equipment including proper usage, troubleshooting and maintenance
     Oversee set up of seasonal displays.
     Coordinate set up of new corporate facilities as needed.
     Disburse general information to all departments as needed via inter-office memo/email
     Coordinate with social committee for inter-office social activities
     Process orders and handle distribution of Henderson Properties career attire.
     Approve and code vendor invoices for payment
     Provide information for update of inter-office mail/phone directories.
    Information Technology Responsibilities:
     Oversee and coordinate Information Technology Management services.
